Scientific experience for implementation in practice of development of urban areas:

  • empirical research in the field of urban planning and urban redevelopment;

  • comparative analysis of the financial models' effectiveness for territory development project depending on parametric properties;

  • adaptation of the global urban renovation models to the context of the CIS countries;

  • unique scientific methods and instruments development

Company’s advantages

Practice based on science (in architecture, urban planning and build technologies) specifically:

- international contacts among designers and researchers;

- innovative pre-project analysis tools tested in practice (owned by the applicants);

- a huge bank of own empirical studies of contemporary residential complexes in EU.

Innovative product
The founders of the company have developed and have tested in practice a number of applied analysis tools (analytical matrices, algorithms for comparative calculation of financial results of alternative parametric models, tools for urban planning analysis, collection and processing of GIS analysis data downloads etc.).
It is planned to further develop and refine the developed tools, including the development of unique software that will automate the calculating of financial indicators for development projects, depending on the variability of urban fabric morphotypes, regulatory and other contextual restrictions. In contrast to common BIM platforms and software that connect parametric and financial models only based on a project with a high degree of detail, the new software would be developed will allow simulating optimal parametric built-up models in the pre-design stage, thus reducing risks associated with errors in strategic masterplanning.
That allow the customer company to achieve optimal key parameters (density, intensity and compactness, structure of mobility networks, share of open spaces, share and type of social and commercial premises etc) and also maximum financial results in a certain socio-economic and regulatory context.
